Currently, PT Global Jet Cargo (J&T Cargo) is providing job vacancies to join in the following positions:

1. Admin Network – Quality Improvement

Condition  :
  • Women
  • Maximum age 28 years
  • Minimum education is high school/vocational school
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, and Pivot Table)
  • Diligent, agile and disciplined
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills and be attractive
  • Ready to work with deadlines
  • Bekasi Placement

2. Customer Service

Condition :
  • Male/Female (Male preferred)
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Minimum education D3/S1
  • Experienced in the same field for at least 1 year in an Expedition and Logistics Company
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup and Pivot table)
  • Familiar with Complaint Handling and have good interpersonal skills
  • Have good communication and analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Job description :
  • Responsible for department development planning, decision making, supervision and implementation of various work results.
  • Responsible for handling and escalating customer complaints, understanding customer needs and collecting customer feedback, analyzing and sorting customer needs, and submitting to related business departments as a reference for business direction.
  • Responsible for monitoring the quality of the company's services, optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for the formulation and achievement of department performance assessments, and leading the department to achieve performance target values.
