Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will follow an extensive development program on several functions related to our branch administrative functions.
Oversee, manage, assess, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance, accounting, human resources, sustainability, and general affairs within our branch.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Business & Accounting.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university.
Possess a good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.

Oversee Parts Department function, from strategy implementation in marketing, logistics, parts inventory management, to warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures to support efficient department operations and achieve corporate objectives.
